About the role
- Ensure customers in your department feel comfortable and receive a high level of service
- Continuously analyze sales and KPIs and derive recommendations for action
- Lead and develop the team through open communication, clear targets and transparent management
- Plan staff deployment and manage vacation scheduling
- Implement the company’s strategic directives within the department
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification such as Certified Retail Specialist, Retail Assistant or Business Economist (m/f/d)
- Strong expertise in textiles and good market knowledge of the product range
- Several years of extensive leadership experience
- Sensitivity to customer needs and trends
- Cost- and revenue-oriented thinking and acting, with an understanding of business/economic relationships
- High level of commitment and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a strong affinity for staff development
