About the role

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections and trusted executive relationships
  • Drive proactive account growth, sell new offerings, and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for portfolio or strategic accounts
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and deliver tailor-made solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with sales team members and partners to build go-to-market pipelines and pursue new deals
  • Lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts and expand existing work into larger scopes and capabilities
  • Own account P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, account compliance, and profitability
