About the role
- Be the creative force shaping Destinus’s visual language across aerospace and defense
- Destinus revolutionizes defense with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), partnering with government agencies and defence organisations
- Lead the full lifecycle of design projects – from brainstorming to pixel-perfect execution
- Own and evolve the visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design assets for events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and digital launches
- Create brochures, social content, and corporate materials
- Turn technical presentations into compelling PowerPoints for clients and executives
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external design agencies
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer – ideally in B2B, tech, or aerospace
- A strong, diverse portfolio that shows your range and style
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Solid experience with Figma and PowerPoint
- Experience in digital platforms – you’ve designed for web, social, maybe even motion
- Bonus if you have 3D design experience
- Bonus if you’ve worked with aviation, defense, or tech brands
- Familiarity with AI design tools is a big plus
- Fluency in English
- Portfolio required (applications without one won’t be considered)
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to lead creative direction
- Able to run with creative concepts, accept feedback, and thrive in international fast-moving teams
