Create, maintain, and evolve the Visual Playbook (structure, patterns, naming/versioning) aligned with product strategy, brand narrative, and platform updates.
Own the visual storytelling layer across onboarding, paywalls, progress flows, and program experiences—defining motion intent, type hierarchy, imagery, and overall look & feel.
Adapt visuals for different markets, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accessibility.
Propose and test visual hypotheses (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion and retention, codifying winning patterns into reusable standards.
Extend and maintain the product design system (asset standards, components, variants). Prepare export-ready assets, thumbnails, video graphics, and marketing-adjacent visuals.
Collaborate with motion designers to define interactions, animations, and Lottie assets that clarify user journeys and enhance comprehension.
Partner with Product, Growth, Content, and Design leads; write clear briefs for freelancers; review and QA deliverables to ensure compliance with the Playbook.
Use approved AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, GPT, etc.) for exploration, variations, and batch production—while ensuring outputs meet brand standards.
Operate efficiently in Figma (auto-layout, variants, variables, prototyping), Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and asset management tools; maintain structured, reusable, and developer-ready files.
