About the role
- Join Kyndryl Go-To-Market team as a Customer Technology Advisor Security and act as a certified technical expert.
- Work with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners to leverage technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities.
- Deliver engaging demos, presentations, show-and-tell to showcase credibility and industry eminence.
- Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery.
- Coordinate the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification according to Kyndryl best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions.
- Take commercial responsibility for identified opportunities and transform them into client engagements.
- Conduct client workshops and proof-of-concepts.
- Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners and co-create joint solutions.
Requirements
- Deep domain knowledge of Security and Resiliency solutions.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
- Expertise in the Austrian market and a proven track record of successful engagements with clients based in Austria.
- Commercial responsibility for identified opportunities and transforming them into client engagements.
- Proven experience in conducting client workshops and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- Valid work permission for Austria is a prerequisite.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
- Preferred: Experience and good understanding of SIEM solutions and Security operation center (SOC) solutions.
- Preferred: Experience with cyber resiliency solutions.
- Preferred: Experience with Zero trust solutions (Identity & access management, endpoint security, network security, etc.).
- Preferred: Knowledge of cyber regulatory requirements like DORA and/or NIS2.
- Preferred: Security certificates like CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CISM, CISA, CRISC and other similar certificates.
