About the role
- Define the mission of the broader “Insider Risk” program, with measurable targets
- Establish a cadence with all investigation teams for sharing recent findings, trends and concerns (2 - 3 quarterly meetings)
- Expand scope of existing investigations based on shared indicators and investigator experience
- Enable investigators to perform proactive checks (“hunting”) based on shared indicators
- Engage all significant stakeholders within Kyndryl
- Foster engagement with external (peer) partners
- Establish a consolidated holistic quarterly report joining all trends and results
- Support components of the organization's Corporate Security program including physical security, emergency planning, data privacy, information protection, and incident management
- Conduct risk analysis of proposed and existing company sites and organizational processes and recommend additional security measures
- Develop global security policies and procedures and disseminate security educational materials
Requirements
- Experienced leader with a vast knowledge on establishing and implementing a company wide Insider Risk Program
- Background in corporate investigations
- Background in IT forensics
- Strong soft-skills for corporate-wide stakeholder engagement
- Ability to engage significant internal stakeholders and external (peer) partners
