About the role

  • Be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day
  • Combine tech support know-how with problem solving and customer service
  • Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams
  • Multi-task and support one client on production after initial onboarding
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
  • Learn and grow skills with training on Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and various platforms
  • Earn certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc.) and work alongside senior co-workers
  • Provide concierge-level care to customers and pursue career development opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in tech support or customer service
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Advanced english level
  • Experience working with Mac, or Linux operating systems (preferred)
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise (preferred)
  • Support help desk experience (preferred)
  • Customer support experience (preferred)
  • Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs (preferred)
