About the role
- Be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day
- Combine tech support know-how with problem solving and customer service
- Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams
- Multi-task and support one client on production after initial onboarding
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Learn and grow skills with training on Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and various platforms
- Earn certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc.) and work alongside senior co-workers
- Provide concierge-level care to customers and pursue career development opportunities
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in tech support or customer service
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Advanced english level
- Experience working with Mac, or Linux operating systems (preferred)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise (preferred)
- Support help desk experience (preferred)
- Customer support experience (preferred)
- Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs (preferred)
- Partially remote work arrangement (Partially Remote)
