• You will lead and develop the dispatch and customer service team
• Closely coordinate with Sales, Production and international Logistics
• Ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels
• Proactively optimize and digitize the entire logistics and supply chain system
• Define and implement targets, policies and processes for logistical operations
• Coordinate between IT, Logistics and Sales
• Responsible for all after-sales processes
• Manage orders in Salesforce and SAP and promote synergies across different cultures
