About the role

  • As a Project Manager at KUBRA, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of complex, high-impact projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you’ll be at the center of communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • This is a highly visible role where you’ll provide strong leadership, ensure seamless execution, and deliver outstanding results for KUBRA’s clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • This is a hybrid opportunity in Mississauga, ON.

Requirements

  • Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, or equivalent project management experience.
  • Work Experience Requirements: 2+ years of Business Analyst or related experience, and 3+ years Project Management experience with a proven track record of project successes.
  • A high proficiency in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery
  • Strong expertise in MS Office, MS Project, and project management platforms, including JIRA
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Office CoPilot, ServiceNow) and an appreciation for leveraging AI to drive productivity and innovation
  • Good understanding of client-server environment (e.g., AWS, Azure)
