Join Kreston Reeves Private Client LLP as a Senior Private Client Solicitor based in Horsham working within the Legal Services division
Manage your own caseload autonomously and as part of a team
Draft Wills, Trusts and related documentation and prepare Powers of Attorney
Advise on estate planning and inheritance tax matters
Manage Probate and Estate Administration cases through to completion
Mentor and manage junior colleagues
Undertake networking and business development activities
Travel to London and Kent when required
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified Legal Executive with not less than 5 years’ PQE
STEP qualification or part qualification desirable but not essential
Willing to travel to London and Kent when required
Ability to manage your own caseload working autonomously and as part of a team
Good communication skills to build longstanding working relationships with colleagues and clients
Attention to detail
Experience in drafting Wills, Trusts (and related documentation), Powers of Attorney and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax matters
Able to manage a variety of Probate and Estate Administration cases through to completion
Commercially aware with experience of networking and business development
People management skills and ability to mentor junior colleagues
