About the role
- Lead audit preparation and execution for regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Serve as Program Manager for Netlight's global certification portfolio and audit processes (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TISAX AL3)
- Manage and harmonize multiple certification programs to create an integrated compliance framework
- Act as compliance partner to senior business stakeholders and develop strategic governance frameworks
- Drive organizational readiness for compliance in digital operations and ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and policies
- Lead compliance education initiatives and implement awareness measures
- Identify, assess, control, and monitor compliance-related risks
- Collaborate globally within the Legal team across functions
Requirements
- University degree in law or a related field (e.g., Master of Laws (LL.M.))
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, management systems or comparable field
- Experience in process and project management
- Experience in audit preparation and execution
- Strong interest in certification systems and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Solid understanding of IT processes, architectures, and applications
- Fluent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
- Business fluency in German required
