Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
Support the annual budgeting process and assist with re-forecasting exercises to reflect business performance and strategic changes
Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our budgeting and planning system, ensuring data integrity and usability
Play a key role in our finance automation journey by helping to maintain data hygiene and integrity, ensuring our information is ready for use in AI applications
Identify, suggest and deliver improvements to FP&A processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Provide analytical support on ad-hoc projects as needed by the finance leadership
Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CIMA - Ideally from a Big 4 or other top-tier firm, demonstrating a solid understanding of core finance principles
PQE 1-3 years in a relevant finance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic modelling, lookups, pivot tables, etc)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Curiosity mindset and appetite to use AI at every opportunity
Familiarity with financial or budgeting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, Pigment) is a bonus
