About the role

  • Coordinate and prioritise the product roadmap to ensure alignment between Kraken and clients.
  • Use deep understanding of data import products to identify and resolve issues and drive improvement.
  • Leverage knowledge of data structures to extract insights, identify inefficiencies, improve migration accuracy, monitor trends, reduce errors, and report to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with software engineering, design teams, and Client Delivery Leads to define product vision and strategy.
  • Gather, consolidate, and break down stakeholder requirements into actionable incremental tasks.
  • Support engineering teams to develop product features and improve delivery.
  • Develop relationships with communications product specialists within Kraken and client organisations.
  • Manage cross-timezone dependencies and drive cross-team collaboration.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve visibility, remove blockers, and accelerate development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large, complex products with multiple stakeholders and diverse user needs.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment; comfortable with uncertainty and constant change (start-up/scale-up experience a plus).
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • In-depth technical understanding; experience with programming concepts and data & database structures (e.g., SQL, JSON).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Experience with agile product development and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and influence decision-making.
