About the role
- Support day-to-day operations of key MarTech tools, including access management, user support, and basic configuration.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation and process playbooks for internal users.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations or tickets.
- Help ensure compliance with established governance practices across marketing tools and channels.
- Work with engineering and analytics partners to support campaign tracking and measurement needs.
- Contribute to QA and troubleshooting efforts related to MarTech platforms and integrations.
- Participate in evaluations of new MarTech tools and assist with onboarding and basic setup as needed.
- Stay informed about marketing best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Partner closely with lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and engineering teams; reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Experience with customer data platforms like SimonData, Twilio Segment, or Tealium.
- Knowledgeable in SQL and HTML/CSS for campaign support.
- Understanding of digital campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Interest in crypto and a willingness to grow knowledge of Kraken's products.
