About the role
- Lead the Consumer Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement
- Drive strategy and execution for staking asset additions and related backend initiatives
- Define and deliver the roadmap for foundational Earn Core capabilities that power the broader Earn product suite
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to build and scale backend-heavy features
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear product priorities and execution plans
- Ensure high-quality delivery of staking and stablecoin solutions that meet both user and business need
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product experience, ideally leading technical product areas
- Strong crypto knowledge and deep understanding of staking mechanics for at least 1 chain
- Experience with passive income generating financial products
- Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- History of building or supporting crypto staking infrastructure
