Product Manager

• Manage a strategic key account for series-product-related matters
• Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in agreement with internal departments
• Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations as well as LCM and change projects in close cooperation with Quality Management and Development
• Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes, or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments
• Act as interface manager between the key account, internal departments and suppliers, ensuring implementation

• Identification and development of new markets, products and business models
• Management of a demanding market environment characterized by price pressure, regulatory requirements and increasing sustainability expectations
• Expansion and development of strategic key accounts at national and European level
• Leadership, development and structuring of the sales organization (internal and field sales)
• Close collaboration with adjacent functions across the value chain
