About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a strategic key account for series-product-related matters
Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in agreement with internal departments
Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations as well as LCM and change projects in close cooperation with Quality Management and Development
Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes, or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments
Act as interface manager between the key account, internal departments and suppliers, ensuring implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design, or Biotechnology
At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in a lifecycle management (LCM) environment
Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically-related products is an advantage
