About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a strategic key account for series-product-related matters
- Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in agreement with internal departments
- Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations as well as LCM and change projects in close cooperation with Quality Management and Development
- Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes, or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments
- Act as interface manager between the key account, internal departments and suppliers, ensuring implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design, or Biotechnology
- At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in a lifecycle management (LCM) environment
- Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically-related products is an advantage
