About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a strategic key account focused on series-product-related topics
Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in coordination with the relevant departments
Drive CAPAs, complaints, deviations, as well as LCM and change projects in close collaboration with Quality Management and Development
Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and internal departments
Act as interface between the key account, internal departments and suppliers and ensure implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or scientific degree, e.g., Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design or Biotechnology
At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology (MedTech) or the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in an LCM environment
Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically related products is an advantage
