About the role
- Design MYP assessment prototypes through discovery, user research, and co-design with schools.
- Lead participatory design work: conduct immersive workshops, map user journeys, and synthesise findings into prototypes.
- Prototype and test assessment and learning solutions directly with educators.
- Collaborate with AI specialists and subject experts to explore generative AI in curriculum and assessment design.
- Contractor role running September 2025 – February 2026.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Middle Years Programme (IB MYP), especially assessment approaches.
- Strong skills in instructional design, content structuring, assessment creation, and scaffolding learning experiences.
- Experience with user research and participatory/co-design, ideally in classroom contexts.
- Comfort using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to ideate, refine, and accelerate workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Education, subject area, or instructional design.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
