Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
Report on sales performance to the COO through weekly, monthly and quarterly scorecard metrics, including details on forecasting, commits, with accuracy and ability to adjust strategies to optimize results.
Champion the use of automation, AI, and other innovative technologies to improve outcomes including win rate, average order value, time in sales cycle and team capacity.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or a multi-year President's Club winner who is ready for their first player/coach sales role.
3-4 years of experience with a high success rate in security and compliance, SaaS, Services and/or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to 2X sales bookings in a 1-2 year time frame.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and compliance services landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
