About the role
- Own first year partner relationships and ensure all growth programs are fully implemented
- Drive adoption of operational strategies that improve compliance, client engagement, and practice performance
- Lead rollout of new growth programs across established partners in partnership with Account Managers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives consistently and at scale
- Develop and refine scalable processes to ensure programs are executed efficiently across multiple sites
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine programs to maximize impact
- Build strong relationships with practice leaders and staff to secure engagement and alignment throughout program execution
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and partner practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or practice management, ideally in a veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site environment
- Demonstrated success managing operational initiatives and delivering measurable growth outcomes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs under tight timelines
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in veterinary medicine or adjacent industries strongly preferred
- Highly organized with a bias toward action and measurable results
- Fast moving, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
- Skilled at building trust and fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners
