About the role
- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs with visibility into claims processing
- Serve as a bridge between mission stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Develop plans and monitor FOIA/PA case backlog metrics
- Support training schedules and roster management for subcontractors
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for FOIA/PA support
- Analyze VBA mission requirements for targeted performance goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine success metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of related experience in program delivery and execution
- Experience in metrics collection and reporting
- Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust
