About the role
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of early to mid-career researchers.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and pitch winning proposals to new clients.
- Lead a team of Managers, Consultants, and Analysts and guide their development and growth.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects including a combination of B2B and B2C projects.
- Ensure the health of the team and act as cultural standard-bearers.
- Build compelling proposals that win projects and new clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of quantitative experience at a research firm, consulting agency, or similar company.
- Completed a variety of B2B, B2C and tech sector primary research projects.
- Superior people management skills and a toolkit of techniques to mentor, develop, and engage a team.
- Experience in managing a team with an established record of developing technical and consultative skills in others.
- Fluency in talking about strategic marketing problems.
- Experience in a statistical package such as SPSS, SAS, Q; experience in R and Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of media buying, and how research can help optimize media buying is a plus.
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace proficiency.
