Develop and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
Lead response and recovery efforts for ransomware and other cyber threats.
Conduct risk assessments and update recovery plans based on evolving threats.
Collaborate with external vendors for advanced threat detection and response.
Implement automation and AI to streamline recovery workflows and enhance resilience.
Oversee monitoring operations across: Dynatrace – observability and performance analytics Foglight – database and infrastructure monitoring SolarWinds – network and system health tracking
Ensure proactive alerting, incident detection, and resolution across shared services.
Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM platform, ServiceNow for operational efficiency.
Lead and optimize the following teams: Batch Support (Tidal, IWA) Infra L1 Service Delivery & Reporting Disaster Recovery
Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and operational excellence.
Present strategic plans and reports on initiatives to senior leadership.
Define and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate service performance and recovery effectiveness.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of IT leadership experience, with emphasis on disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and monitoring operations.
Proven success in managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of infrastructure resilience, cyber threat and ransomware mitigation
Proficiency in Dynatrace, Foglight, and SolarWinds platforms.
Experience implementing automation and AI in disaster recovery and incident response.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong team-building capabilities and collaborative leadership style.
Demonstrated ability to quantify success through KPIs and performance metrics.
