• Provide expert coaching, guidance, and motivation to adult learners enrolled in the Level 7 People Professional Apprenticeship
• Develop tailored learning plans , ensuring structured progression from each learner’s starting point
• Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning , supporting learners to apply strategic HR principles effectively
• Offer additional support and catch-up strategies to meet individual learner needs
• Engage line managers in the learner’s progress through regular tripartite reviews
• Prepare learners for end-point assessment , ensuring they are fully equipped for success
• Ensure learners meet apprenticeship off-the-job learning requirements and achieve their learning outcomes
• Proactively re-engage learners who may be falling behind , supporting them to progress
• Participate in Apprenticeship Team and Standardisation meetings , contributing to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices
• Foster a passion for learning , engaging with professionals across diverse industries
