About the role
- Provide expert coaching, guidance, and motivation to adult learners enrolled in the Level 7 People Professional Apprenticeship
- Develop tailored learning plans , ensuring structured progression from each learner’s starting point
- Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning , supporting learners to apply strategic HR principles effectively
- Offer additional support and catch-up strategies to meet individual learner needs
- Engage line managers in the learner’s progress through regular tripartite reviews
- Prepare learners for end-point assessment , ensuring they are fully equipped for success
- Ensure learners meet apprenticeship off-the-job learning requirements and achieve their learning outcomes
- Proactively re-engage learners who may be falling behind , supporting them to progress
- Participate in Apprenticeship Team and Standardisation meetings , contributing to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices
- Foster a passion for learning , engaging with professionals across diverse industries
