About the role

  • The Studio is the in-house creative agency at Anywhere Real Estate, where brand storytelling, design excellence, and strategic thinking come together to support our network of agents, franchises, and corporate teams. We’re a collaborative group of creatives and strategists who bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-impact marketing. If you’re passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering standout creative work, you’ll feel right at home here.
  • Role Overview: We’re looking for a Director of Creative Partnerships & Programs to lead cross-functional initiatives that support Anywhere’s corporate functions and product marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and relationship management—someone who can guide complex projects, foster strong internal partnerships, and ensure creative excellence across every touchpoint.
  • You’ll serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, helping translate business needs into creative solutions while managing the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of work. From campaign development to brand storytelling, you’ll help shape the creative direction and ensure seamless execution across teams.
  • Key Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal partners across corporate and product marketing teams, building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Creative Program Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of creative initiatives that support strategic business goals, ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative best practices.
  • Account Stewardship: Own the creative partnership lifecycle—from intake and scoping to delivery and feedback—ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality throughout.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, designers, writers, and project managers to bring ideas to life and maintain momentum across projects.
  • Creative Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and creative standards, providing thoughtful feedback and direction as needed.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to creative strategy discussions, helping shape messaging and visual direction in collaboration with brand and product teams.
  • What You Bring: Creative Leadership: A strong understanding of creative development processes and the ability to guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience managing internal or external client relationships, with a focus on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Project & Program Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Marketing & Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with brand development, campaign planning, and content creation across digital and print channels.
  • Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, marketers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in creative services, account management, or marketing roles, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Tools & Tech: Proficiency in project management tools and a working knowledge of creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
