Serve as the face of Knix in-store, delivering inclusive, personalized, and knowledgeable customer experiences.
Drive sales and results by contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly targets; increase conversion, add-on sales, and average transaction value.
Ensure operational excellence: uphold store standards in cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, fitting room operations, and cash handling.
Represent the brand with pride, support grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives, and embody Knix’s mission.
Train and empower store teams with product knowledge sessions, teach Knix’s sales model, and reinforce customer service standards.
Report to the Retail Operations team and collaborate with store teams to deliver consistent, elevated brand experiences.
Requirements
2-4 years of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or customer-centric environments.
Store Manager experience desired but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine love of people.
A track record of delivering and achieving sales results and KPI performance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
