Customer Experience Coordinator

Brand Ambassador

• Serve as the face of Knix in-store, delivering inclusive, personalized, and knowledgeable customer experiences.
• Drive sales and results by contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly targets; increase conversion, add-on sales, and average transaction value.
• Ensure operational excellence: uphold store standards in cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, fitting room operations, and cash handling.
• Represent the brand with pride, support grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives, and embody Knix’s mission.
• Train and empower store teams with product knowledge sessions, teach Knix’s sales model, and reinforce customer service standards.
• Report to the Retail Operations team and collaborate with store teams to deliver consistent, elevated brand experiences.

Brand Representative

Sales

• Create a comfortable and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customer preferences and recommend products they’ll be sure to love.
• Lead product fittings to ensure customers buy the correct size the first time.
• Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment – and wear it, too!
• Ensure all products are merchandised effectively to reflect our brand and drive sales.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Store Manager.
• Continually work to improve cleanliness, set-up and organization in all areas of the store.
• Guide the customer experience from greeting to fit to purchase and work to enhance customer loyalty and sales.

Sales Associate

Accountant

• Key member of the monthly financial close process and daily finance operations
• Participate in sales reporting and invoicing, inventory reporting and COGS
• Validate and summarize monthly sales and prepare month-end sales and AR reports for consolidation deadlines
• Review and approve weekly payment runs and weekly business expenses
• Review weekly cash flow and support cash flow planning
• Banking and treasury management
• Develop and maintain internal controls requirements and ensure compliance
• Drive improvements in the month-end close process and streamline NetSuite custom reports
• Provide audit and tax compliance support
• Support financial systems improvements and participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives
• Report to the Manager, Corporate Accounting and work closely with Planning & Analysis and Operations teams

Senior Corporate Accountant

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Analyze and control the financial performance of the Knix Business (P&L, Working Capital and Cash Flow)
• Analyze revenue, costs, expenses and margins by product family and sales channel and explain deviations between plan and actuals
• Devise and execute financial controls and link accounting with business strategies
• Ensure financial systems and procedures align with BU corporate policies and guidelines
• Serve as business partner to functional leaders and propose process improvements
• Participate in creation of budgets and forecasts for the business unit and incorporate key business assumptions
• Contribute to monthly BU consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and long-term financial plans
• Perform project and scenario evaluation and monitor performance deviations
• Carry out analysis of cost centers and prepare information for BU leadership
• Contribute to defining guidelines, instructions and reporting content in line with Corporate Finance
