About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the movement of goods from global manufacturing partners via sea, air, and road
Oversee cross-border shipments (Canada/US), customs documentation, HTS classification, and duty drawback programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs and distribution center operations teams
Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations across ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms
Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Retail Ops, Wholesale, and Amazon channel leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within a high-growth retail or eCommerce environment
Strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel
Basic knowledge of EDI is a significant asset
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
Excellent collaborative and communication abilities
