About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own core forecasting and replenishment for categories
- Drive in-stock and fill rate performance
- Become the expert understanding seasonality and product performance
- Balance inventory across distribution centres and emerging channels
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity
- Use data to influence decisions and provide recommendations
- Own and evolve Quick Turn replenishment model
- Build tools, improve workflows, and reduce manual work
- Deliver clear, accurate reporting to aid business decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in retail inventory management or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with key retail metrics experience
- Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory optimization tools
- Comfortable working with large datasets; SQL and BI tools experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
