About the role
- Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR and people-related matters
- Collaborating with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Managing job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and selection processes
- Developing and conducting onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans
- Providing coaching and guidance on career development for employees
- Support in implementing effective performance management techniques to enhance employee productivity
- Providing guidance to all employees through the performance review and appraisal process
- Supporting business units through organizational changes, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
- Identifying training needs within the business units and coordinating relevant programs
- Promoting a culture of learning and continuous development
- Partnering with leaders to foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Requirements

- Willingness to learn any skills needed for the role
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR with an equivalent role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with global teams
