• Plan and manage customer, partner, and industry events that elevate the company’s position as a thought leader in digital engineering and AI-driven innovation.
• Partner with the Growth Manager, Campaigns Managers, and Sales to ensure events support customer expansion and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all event materials, presentations, and follow-up assets are on-brand and message-aligned.
• Develop pre- and post-event campaigns in coordination with the campaign management team to maximize registration, engagement, and conversion.
• Maintain a centralized event calendar and process documentation for cross-team alignment.
• Serve as on-site lead, managing setup, execution, and issue resolution while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.
• Coordinate speaker and presenter engagement, session content, and event programming to ensure high-value experiences for attendees.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (registrations, engagement, influenced pipeline, ROI) to continuously optimize event strategy.

Event Specialist

• Design, implement, and manage a centralized system (e.g., using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Click Up) to track the progress of all company-wide strategic initiatives and OKRs.
• Prepare concise, data-driven updates, presentations, and dashboards for the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, clearly communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Structure and facilitate key leadership meetings, including weekly business reviews, project deep dives, and executive offsites. You will be responsible for agenda setting, material preparation, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Partner with functional leaders to track and support key integration workstreams between the legacy Accuhealth and Signal Lamp businesses, ensuring milestones are met.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, from initial analysis and planning through to execution and completion.

• Assist in pre-sales activities and initial kickoffs for projects that are implemented AI based solutions.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that incorporate AI into legacy systems and greenfield projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved user satisfaction.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI technologies, including machine learning for predictive analytics, Generative AI for content creation, and Agentic AI for dynamic automation.
• Develop cloud-native architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilots to validate solution feasibility and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI and cloud engineering.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, GDPR for data privacy) and incorporate robust security measures.
