Marketing

• Partner with regional marketing and enrollment teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that increase student applications and conversions, aligned to regional goals.
• Lead and manage paid media agency vendor relationship on behalf of KIPP Network, including facilitating the approval and appropriate use of campaign budget in support of student enrollment.
• Analyze regional marketing performance data to identify trends, challenges, and bright spots; share insights and recommendations across the network.
• Develop and maintain scalable marketing toolkits, templates, and creative assets that regions can adapt for local use.
• Collaborate with regional support teams to track enrollment KPIs, ROI, and campaign impact.
• Advance KIPP’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent adoption of messaging, collateral, and visual identity.
• Partner with Creative and Communications teams to ensure that Foundation-led campaigns, collateral, and digital assets reflect brand standards.
• Oversee the strategy, content, and performance of KIPP.org, email marketing, and social media channels.

Senior Director, Marketing

Chief of Staff

• Architect the next phase of organizational capacity by leading an “Executive Office” that scales leadership bandwidth and ensures seamless cross-functional alignment
• Drive communication and collaboration systems that elevate focus on the most critical priorities, including building dashboards, performance tracking tools, and planning leadership team retreats
• Deliver best-in-class board governance and leadership materials that advance strategic discussions and reflect organizational excellence
• Translate complexity into clarity, turning vast amounts of data, competing priorities, and nuanced stakeholder needs into clear action plans and decision-ready materials
• Design high-functioning operational rhythms, and reinforce high-performance leader behaviors, including calendar management, board preparation, senior team execution and trust-building
• Lead a small team of strategic operators (project managers/special projects staff, executive assistant) who provide leverage to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to deliver impact across the organization
• Operate as a senior leader in your own right, building relationships of trust with the Senior Leadership Team, the board, and staff across the organization
• Be a culture-bearer: articulate and reinforce the organization’s values, improve workplace norms, and model accountability and respect
• Coach and develop staff at all levels, from junior administrative support to C-suite peers, to perform at their best and collaborate effectively

Manager

• Design and manage core systems (e.g., trackers) to capture and monitor progress against network anchor measures
• Own the development and evolution of continuous improvement tools to meet stakeholder needs across multiple teams and regions
• Partner with Chiefs of Staff and Data & Technology to identify new system requirements and oversee implementation
• Lead multiple, annual monitoring workstreams that ensure accountability to organizational goals
• Track follow-through on action steps from progress monitoring meetings and proactively remove barriers or escalate issues
• Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen alignment and efficiency across KF teams
• Conduct interviews, analyze data, and identify bright spots and barriers in school and regional performance
• Synthesize insights into clear findings that can inform leadership decisions and shape ongoing improvement cycles
• Draft regular reports and presentations highlighting progress, gaps, and next steps for the Schools Leadership Team, Regional Superintendents, and Office of the President
• Coordinate with internal and regional stakeholders to ensure data and insights are communicated effectively and consistently
• Create compelling communications that make complex information actionable for leaders across the network
• Report to the Senior Director, Continuous Improvement and support the Schools Team in improving student outcomes

Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement
