Drive Strategic Transformation Engagements : Play a critical role in large-scale digital transformation deals (e.g., Maestro programs), aligning innovation strategy with client objectives and showcasing differentiated value.
Product Collaboration & Use Case Expansion : Work closely with product leadership to define and extend semantic layers and intelligent agent capabilities across WMS, TMS, and financial planning applications.
Global Executive Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and innovation stakeholders in key global accounts, helping them shape long-term transformation roadmaps.
Bookings Accountability : Own a global bookings target tied to innovation-led transformation initiatives, with responsibility for shaping and influencing major deals through strategic engagement.
Innovation Enablement & Evangelism : Partner with Industry Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to create compelling enablement programs, customer-facing narratives, and field training assets that amplify our innovation message.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise software, supply chain technology, or AI innovation, with a strong background in field-facing leadership roles.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes enterprise engagements.
Deep understanding of agentic AI, semantic layers, and enterprise system architectures (WMS/TMS/ERP/Planning).
Experience engaging and selling to C-level executives across large global organizations.
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and strategic influence.
