• Lead transformation of end-to-end integrated Supply Chain processes globally for the Enterprise Supply Chain Organization
• Develop a phased, multi-year Shared Services strategy and operating model for K-C’s supply chain work processes
• Dual reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and VP, Global Business Services and partner with Chief Procurement Officer and ESCLT
• Identify capabilities suited for shared service and BPO arrangements and coordinate global outsourcing requirements
• Design and oversee implementation of a three year strategy and project portfolio to standardize processes across segments, functions and regions
• Lead business process design and governance, prioritization of budget and resources, and collaborate with process owners and DTS on process development
• Design, monitor, and improve controls in ESC and partner with GBS to improve Source to Pay operations and deliverables
• Drive ESC LEAN/Continuous Improvement efforts globally to meet annual targets for cost, quality and employee experience
• Recommend and implement process improvements, technology implementations, automations and AI to streamline ESC efficiency
• Manage senior stakeholders to collect VOC feedback, handle escalations, and translate needs into ESC policies and procedures
• Represent ESC and GBS globally to brief stakeholders on opportunities, targets, risks and successes
• Build and implement unified global reporting and dashboards tracking SLAs, Total Cost of Service (TCS), and process metrics (TQS, TSS, TVS, CSAT)
• Deliver best-in-class services to ~100 manufacturing/distribution sites and 15K+ employees, driving overhead and net productivity savings
