About the role

  • Support senior team members in managing partner accounts and deliver customer-focused interactions.
  • Schedule meetings and send recaps of key next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines across key project workstreams.
  • Assist in cross-functional project management with sales, advertising, and development teams.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and tasks using project management tools like Monday.
  • Use Excel to organize data, track program performance, and create reports.
  • Collect and document partner feedback to support continuous improvement of Kigo’s platform and services.
  • Ensure compliance with data sharing agreements, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in training partners and their customers on Kigo’s platform for adoption and usage.
  • Contribute to creation of high-quality presentations and reports for scheduled client meetings.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges in project execution to meet partner expectations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in large enterprise account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in marketing technology, digital advertising, or agency sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in creating business presentations that utilize data to tell compelling stories and demonstrate ROI (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proven project management ability, with experience using tools like Monday or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction, empathy and active listening skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about loyalty programs, digital advertising, and client industries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to solving problems with guidance from senior team members.
