Responsible for the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce
Analyze tickets and perform minor enhancements
Build and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, and other declarative tools to streamline business processes
Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
Deliver user training to ensure employees maximize the value of Salesforce and related tools
Support testing, change management, and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and controlled system updates
Ensure system security, compliance, and governance are upheld across the platform
Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations
Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date
Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools
Requirements
Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of experience
Experience with Data loader, Excel, and export, manipulation, and import of data
Deep understanding of standard Salesforce architecture, user permissions, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), and declarative configuration options
Experience developing effective reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
Familiarity with deployment tools like Change Sets is also expected
Skilled in creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and consistent documentation for system configurations, business processes, and technical specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Possesses an analytical mindset with a strong focus on root cause analysis and the development of scalable, sustainable solutions
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fluid processes
Ability to adjust style to different types of personalities and employee levels
Insurance business acumen is a plus
U.S. citizenship is required for this position
Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
