About the role
- Act as subject matter expert in our Salesforce landscape and product use.
- Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow platforms.
- Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.
- Audit, document, and review permissions/roles as needed for compliance needs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and in-line with best practices.
- Work to keep API integrations and installed apps, up to date and documented as needed.
- Collaborate with coworkers to develop integrations with other similar tools.
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, dev admin or engineer.
- Experience managing Experience/Community Cloud.
- Experience managing Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Flosum / Gearset / Copado
- Experience with user, profile, and permission set management.
- Experienced in implementing Contact Centers on Salesforce using tools like NiCE CXone/Five9
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies.
