Salesforce Administrator

• Responsible for the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce
• Analyze tickets and perform minor enhancements
• Build and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, and other declarative tools to streamline business processes
• Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
• Deliver user training to ensure employees maximize the value of Salesforce and related tools
• Support testing, change management, and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and controlled system updates
• Ensure system security, compliance, and governance are upheld across the platform
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations
• Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date
• Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools
