About the role
- Working in the Equity Low Touch PT Sales-Trading Team in London
- Covering European institutional clients and providing tailored services to meet client needs
- Monitoring PT Orders and ensuring efficient and optimal execution of client orders
- Utilising advanced trading systems and technologies, including algorithms, care orders and blocks
- Advising clients on PT trading strategies and offering insights to optimise execution performance
- Conducting pre & post-trade analysis to evaluate execution quality and provide detailed reports
- Marketing the firm's platform across ETFs, Program Trading, Low-Touch, and High-Touch trading
- Designing and executing large-scale basket/program trading strategies and coordinating internal teams
- Implementing risk management strategies and using advanced analytics to assess trade performance
Requirements
- 1-5 years working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
- Self-driven & proactive
- Autonomous but appreciates teamwork
- Good knowledge of the financial markets; a first experience on the equity markets would be a plus
- Relevant background in algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis & statistics
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Education: Business School or University with a specialisation in Market Finance & quantitative analysis
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian a plus
