Vice President

• Assumes overall leadership responsibility and control of all aspects of Commercial Business and Treasury Management sales strategies
• Leads and provides expertise in all sales functions of the Commercial Services Department
• Oversees the strategic direction, development, and execution of the organizations treasury management program and services to enhance the member experience through innovative treasury solutions
• Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of Commercial Services growth sales strategies, initiatives, and programs for both lending and deposit/revenue solutions
• In partnership with the Branch Director, develops, implements and continuously improves a plan to grow small business membership and initiate small business lending activities through branch associates
• Develops and implements commercial and TM sales team related policies, procedures, risk controls and tools and resources
• Develops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue goals; Prepares proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses; Maintains a robust pipeline of opportunities and track progress
• Serves as a subject matter expert on commercial loan/deposit and treasury products including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, fraud prevention tools, and liquidity management
• Provides oversight responsibility for Treasury management services provider, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and resolving performance issues to maintain high-quality service delivery
• Develops, implements, measures and continuously improves membership initiatives and strategies to attract new business members and commercial loans and deposits
• Manages the department's budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met; Develops and implements budget plans to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
• Gathers and analyzes member feedback to continuously improve services and member satisfaction; Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and address needs effectively
• Oversees the commercial services team by interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, as well as developing credit union associate coaching sessions, monitoring productivity and tactical execution, and conducting written performance reviews.

Call Center Representative

• Provide sales and service support for Member-based business
• Professionally service Member activity associated with loan and deposit services
• Provide accurate information for all products and services, as well as the status of all Member accounts
• Open new membership and deposit accounts
• Assume primary ownership over all Member issues by accurately documenting, researching, and resolving or escalating Member issues associated with any product or service
• Cross-sell alternative or additional services where they best fit the Members needs
• Provide basic financial services advice to Members that promotes their financial well-being
• Provide a superior level of support for all MSRs and lending staff
• Assist in the development of competitive and/or Member information that will support sales initiatives
• Act as liaison for MSRs and lending staff as needed to ensure timely and quality Member service
• Assist other MSRs and lending staff based on work requirements
• Meet or exceed all service and productivity goals established for this position
• Maintain an up to date status of all sales support and processing activity with routine reporting to management
• Perform all duties in a manner that is 100% compliant with KEMBA policy and procedures
• Develops an understanding of Credit Union history, philosophy, organization, policies, and operational procedures
• On a self-directed basis, continue to improve individual level of competency through training and certification on established educational programs

Virtual Branch Service Representative – Call Center

Human Resources

• Provides administrative and logistical support for full-cycle recruiting processes, including: Candidate sourcing support
• Initial screening of candidates for entry-level roles, including resume review and phone or virtual pre-screens, in alignment with established hiring criteria
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Pre-employment and onboarding communications
• Partners with Recruiting and HR leadership to ensure a smooth, high-touch candidate and new hire experience
• Coordinates and attends job fairs, career events, and community recruiting events, including logistics, vendor communication, materials preparation, and follow-up correspondence
• Supports onboarding execution, including welcome communications and badge photos
• Collaborates with HR, Marketing, and external partners on social media and employment communications focused attracting talent
• Drafts and ensures timely delivery of associate communications according to HR Communication Calendar
• Drives engagement in the Work Family Teams Channel by curating posts, polls and other activities
• Serves as the primary administrator for the Nectar associate recognition platform, including monitoring participation, reporting, and supporting awards, challenges, and special point distributions
• Visits new hire training classes to discuss Nectar and Associate Council initiatives
• Serves as the primary coordinator and planner for on-site and off-site associate events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives, ensuring activities are executed within established budgets
• Tracks event- and engagement-related expenses, maintains budget documentation, and supports reconciliation and reporting of costs
• Assists with coordination and communication for wellness programs and initiatives
• Supports the launch, communication, and administration of Associate Engagement and Pulse Surveys
• Configures, distributes, and collects responses for associate surveys, including stay interviews and post-event surveys
• Manages inventory of KEMBA swag and event materials
• Drives the development, formatting, and distribution of the company newsletter
• Develops and administers associate relations programs and activities, including awards, certificates, retention and recognition programs, and associate discount programs
• Maintains breakroom boards with current information on upcoming events, initiatives, and community involvement
• Serves as a member of the Associate Council and acts as a liaison between the Associate Council, Diversity Council, and Community Resource team to ensure alignment and consistent organizational communication
• Serves as a backup to Receptionist in covering daily front desk duties
• Provides multilevel administrative support to the Human Resources department as requested
• Always maintains utmost confidentiality regarding all matters of Human Resources Administration
• Performs all duties in a manner that is fully compliant with industry applicable regulations as well as KEMBA policy and procedures
