Business Development Rep

• Support the development of strategic and FEDSIM proposals as a strategist and content contributor.
• Contribute to multi-layer strategies to target and win new business.
• Develop content including Basis of Estimates, Staffing Plans and Rationale, and Technical and Management Volumes.
• Contribute to sales material development, and research and analysis.
• Support pursuit teams from opportunity identification through award.
• Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning team members to develop differentiated solutions and proposal strategies.
• Translate solutions and strategies into compelling proposal content consistent across multiple volumes.
• Assess proposal content for integration and consistency of strategies, win themes, and discriminators across sections and volumes.
• Assess consistency of pricing with management and technical proposal elements.
• Provide clear, compelling, and compliant written responses that incorporate win strategies.
• Write and prepare pursuit support artifacts including white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Work with graphics professionals to conceptualize and manage the development of high-quality, impactful proposal graphics.
• Collaborate with business and functional leadership for proposal support and direction.
• Support the archival of sales and proposal content.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
