• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to engage prospective families and generate interest in Kaplan's admissions consulting services.

• Provide employee relations counseling and guidance on policies and procedures to all employees and leaders

• Manage databases by designing, installing, configuring and maintaining complex database systems
