About the role

Develop and manage a team of quota-carrying Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs), providing leadership and coaching
Drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the enterprise sector to exceed sales targets
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow accounts
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to communicate Kandji’s solutions value to prospective clients
Maintain AE activity standards including daily prospecting, pipeline growth, and prospect qualification to meet revenue targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction
Provide inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and build a high-performance sales culture

Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables)
