• Work in a multi-professional team and take responsibility for the care and support of traumatized children and adolescents
• Support individual development and help young people learn independence
• Provide therapeutic preparatory work and help promote emotional stability
• Cooperate with local school teachers
• Design and run educational, sports and leisure activities (including recreational trips)
• Documentation tasks (minor part)

• Work in a multi-professional team and co-responsibility for the care and development of traumatized children and adolescents
• Support individual development, teach independence, and promote reintegration into social structures
• Provide therapeutic preparatory work in collaboration with psychologists
• Cooperate with on-site school teachers
• Design educational, sports and leisure activities (including recreational trips)
• Limited documentation tasks with a strong focus on pedagogical work
• Work in shift patterns (early, late, on-call nights, weekend duties)
