About the role
- Planning, delivery and evaluation of theoretical and practical lessons in the training program for Operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA)
- Practical supervision and support of trainees at cooperating institutions
- Participation in curriculum development in accordance with legal requirements
- Preparation, administration and assessment of performance records and examinations
- Collaboration with practice instructors, cooperation partners and the interdisciplinary team
- Design and implementation of innovative teaching and learning concepts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or further training as an OTA (Operationstechnische Assistenz) or as a specialist nurse for the operating department
- Desirable: pedagogical qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or vocational pedagogy) or pedagogical knowledge and/or initial teaching experience in adult education
- Enthusiasm for teaching and for conveying knowledge and practical skills to heterogeneous learner groups
