About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, finding opportunities to expand, upsell, and strengthen partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to district leaders, sharing insights, trends, and strategies that help them succeed.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure every client gets the most value from our solutions.
- Drive measurable results while maintaining strong client satisfaction—success measured by both revenue growth and positive impact on districts.
- Approximately 35% travel across the U.S. as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing existing accounts, ideally in SaaS, technology, or education solutions.
- A consultative mindset with excellent discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort engaging with executives and multi-level stakeholders within large organizations.
- Collaborative spirit—able to partner across teams to achieve shared client outcomes.
- Passion for K-12 education and helping schools solve meaningful challenges.
