• Communicate effectively across teams (Campaigns Team, Creative Team, BI and MarTech) to constantly evolve and adapt it to meet the entertainment market's rapidly changing needs.

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, supporting both international client campaigns and JustWatch’s own user acquisition efforts.
• Analyse campaign performance and large datasets across multiple markets to identify trends, generate insights, and inform optimisation, forecasting, and budget allocation decisions.
• Own and contribute to a test-and-learn agenda, designing experiments, analysing results, and applying learnings across campaigns and regions.
• Collaborate closely with Design and technical teams on creative testing, tracking, and attribution setup (pixels, CAPI, MMPs).
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPI, purchase costs, retention, and LTV, and take action when performance deviates from targets.
• Continuously refine campaign setup (audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and creative rotations) to maximise performance and long-term impact across markets.

Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social

Operations

• Own full management of media campaigns across display, video and native content using our custom-built internal tools.
• Create media plans by translating media briefs into strategic activations across all our products.
• Monitor pacing, troubleshoot delivery, and hit KPIs like CPV, VTR, Completion Rates and CPM.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for entertainment clients (studios, streamers, and agencies), managing day-to-day communications.
• Coordinate post-campaign reporting, wrap decks, business reviews and performance insights in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and propose innovative publishing products and services that meet the evolving needs of our audience.
