• Continuous optimisation of ongoing campaigns to reach the defined KPIs.
• Conduct market research to reveal a title's potential success far ahead of its release.

• Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und Kündigungen und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation und Unterschriftenabläufe.
• Du verantwortest die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung, kommunizierst mit externer Lohnbuchhaltung, Krankenkassen und Behörden.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Dienstleistern für Arbeitsrecht, Remote Work (z. B. Deel) und Visa zusammen, bringst aber auch selbst entsprechendes Fachwissen mit.
• Du hältst unsere Talentmanagement-Software (BambooHR) aktuell, erstellst regelmäßige Reports sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für Teamleads.
• Wo es sinnvoll ist, etablierst du skalierbare Prozesse und sorgst für klare Strukturen.
