About the role

  • You are the driving force behind all the paid initiatives to further grow the JustWatch B2C platform
  • Further build and develop the performance marketing team
  • Continuously optimise our campaigns across all major platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Communicate effectively across teams (Campaigns Team, Creative Team, BI and MarTech) to constantly evolve and adapt it to meet the entertainment market's rapidly changing needs.

Requirements

  • Unrivalled hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and Google Media Buying, understanding of Programmatic buying on Smart TVs is a plus
  • Disruptive attitude toward our campaign setup strategies
  • You are a person who analyses performance, understands the details, and understands the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • You have a balanced approach to test and learn when it comes to performance marketing.
  • Marketing background, Quantitative Market Research experience, Information Studies, Computer Science, and Performance at scale
  • Years of experience with online marketing setups
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Great command of English. Any other language (especially German) is a plus
  • And a “no bullshit” attitude
