About the role

  • Write daily German-language content alongside a global team of writers who are experienced in writing for the international and German-specific market, including 5 lists/week and 3 features/week
  • Staying up-to-date with movie & TV show releases and writing texts about the latest news, especially those of interest in Germany and to the German-speaking market
  • Researching and staying on top of upcoming movie & TV show releases, and writing with authority on each topic pitched or assigned
  • Working closely with an international copywriting team

Requirements

  • A native German speaker with excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Previous entertainment writing experience (ideally focused on SEO and Google Discover)
  • Expert-level knowledge and passion for movies and TV shows
  • An excellent eye for detail for everything from research to proofreading to image selection
